Findex is one of New Zealand’s largest providers of practical accountancy and business advice to New Zealand agribusiness. As a graduate you will join a team of over 50 agribusiness specialists providing integrated financial services and sound advice across the business spectrum, from small family farms through to large corporate agribusiness operations.  

We have a developed a one year specialised agribusiness program to develop you into a well-rounded, rural professional. Training starts in the heart of the agri sector, Southland. After 12 months of receiving extensive training in Invercargill, the opportunity to be posted at one of our 24 offices nationwide, opens up. 

Experiences and client work

• Develop competency in core farm accounting, GST returns and stock reconciliation. 
• Gain expertise in using farm accounting software, Figured, MYOB and Cash Manager. 
• Develop an advisory skill set to work with agribusiness more broadly as a trusted adviser.
